This cleanse is for the beginner or intermediate cleanser who is either new to cleansing, or has tried a one day and now wants to advance to two days. This cleanse contains 12 juices which should all be consumed two to three hours a part and is excellent for detoxification, weight loss, decreased bloating and increased energy. The first day can often be the toughest but most people notice they feel much more refreshed and energized after the second! Many customers have also reported weight loss and a decrease in bloat.
